Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your course or coaching program. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Course Cancellation:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 1 calendar days of the course start date
• Refunds will be provided minus a $250 administrative fee
• For a refund contact [email protected] stating your name, and reason for cancellation

Coaching Program Cancellation:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching program sessions, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session
• Missed coaching sessions without prior notice will be considered completed and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
• Refunds for coaching programs will be prorated based on the number of completed sessions, minus any applicable administrative fees ($450 in coaching programs)

Please note:

• Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment
• Any course materials or resources provided as part of the program are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify or update our cancellation policy at any time
