Jeff is the Founder of Six Summit Leadership, MyJobJump.com, and The Yellowstone Leadership Institute.Â
For almost 20 years, he has coached thousands of executives and leaders throughout their careers.
In addition, Jeff has been a Chief Human Resource Officer for three publicly traded companies. He is an award-winning Talent Acquisition leader. His experience spans multiple industries.  He has led and supported established and high-growth start-up companies. He has worked with private equity, privately held, and publicly traded companies.

TEACHER TURNED TO TRANSFORMERÂ
Jeff served as the Chief Administrative Officer for Hudson RPO (HSON), an HR recruitment outsourcing firm. Chief People Officer for Establishment Labs (ESTA), a medical device company focused on women's health. Previously he served as the Chief People and Places officer for Nu Skin (NUS), a global leader in beauty and wellness consumer products.
He has also held various executive and senior leadership roles in medical devices, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and engineering. His pedigree includes Novartis, USAA, Petco, State Farm, Alcon, and Walmart. Â
In various roles, he has received regional and national recognition for talent acquisition, leadership development, and culture transformation. Jeff's beginnings were in private education as a teacher and a principal. Â
Jeff earned a Bachelor’s in Communication and a Master’s in Organizational Communication and Educational Administration from Idaho State University.  He also holds a Master’s of Business Administration.
He completed postgraduate work in adult learning and organizational leadership at the University of Idaho. Â Jeff has served as an executive board member for several non-profits tied to youth and personal improvement causes.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife of over 30 years, four children, and his grandchildren.  He loves to travel, play on beaches, visit historic sites, cruise exotic ports, and play rounds of golf.  His happy place is roaming Yellowstone National Park with a camera.Â
